Enables the ability to CPS-define
and the ability of the radio-user to define and use the User
Login Unit ID. This Unit ID is used in the User
Authentication login credentials process. This Unit ID can apply for
all ARS "Server" enabled Data
Profiles (see ARS Mode).
When disabled, the radio-user is never
prompted to enter a User Login Unit ID.
